Discussion recently referred to   Johnson kobra located Super Kobra  printed on wing I thought it may have been an overseas import.
Photo attached for comment about 3 1/2 cm long.

Gday mate

A big heap of what looked like identical lures to the Johnson Cobras and spinners were imported from China or somewhere into Tas a few years back.
They were being sold in Chicken Feed,  thats one of those bargain cheap imported crap stores.
That looks like one of them you have in your pic.
They all had print pad patterns on them like the one in your pic.

I dont know if the design was sold to them or where they came from but they were identical to the Johsons.
They were called Tiger Lures or something like that.

Mate, at a guess I would say somewhere around 98 to 2002

A lot of anglers grabbed a heap of them as they were very cheap at the time but I dont think they were a raging success as they dried up again pretty fast.
