These lures are a couple of the earlier curved bib Stumpjumpers.
The eyelets on both these lures are split pin styled,
unlike the later models which feature twisted wire eyelets.
Even the paint work is a bit rough and ready, made to catch fish I suppose,
now collected by many !!!!!!!!

A very rare colour, but the split pin eyelets are a bit easier to see in this pic of the Stumpy !!

Nice Stumpy Rod !! 07 is a colour that is hard to find in that good of condition.
You are right about there being plenty out there.
I would love to see the secret collector's stashes of Stumpys !!!!

and of course the commonly called 11 ?

Timber Stumpjumpers were made in 10 standard colours,
They feature in the colour charts that were sent out to interested
tackle shops.
Number 10 changed from silver background to yellow background
(commonly referred to as colour 11) just before they went to plastic.
There are other colours out there, but as with many lure makers JJ did
a few tester patterns and colours, hopefully a few more might surface soon !
