found this at a garage sale for $ 5 - filthy condition but looked good for a clean up - stripped it right down - no rust but dried grease - happy with the result - a few scuff marks but works fine
cheers

Nicely rescued there Baz, makes you wonder sometimes the way people treat their gear.
This one came from the bottom of Darwin harbour, think it's a bit too far gone .

ps i picked up a new daiwa 8 - 17 lb baitcaster today reduced from $ 120 to $ 60 & some 6kg braid at $ 10 for a 250 yd spool so i figure at $ 75 for the lot is not a bad buy !!!
