hi guys. first post so be gentle
im trying to remember the names of a couple of dk lures I used back in the 90s. Sold/gave away the majority of my lures when i moved overseas about 10 years back, and theres a couple im trying to track down one was a dk lure that was a bomber long a/ reidys b52/ cutting edge axe type lure the other was a slightly smaller one that was similar in shape to rapala x-rap only fatter. I had a purple one that I lost after years of service catching barra, jacks, tarpon and queenies up north, and then pike and walleye overseas... its somewhere in the North Sescatchewan river in Canada- id have gone in after it but the temp was about -5 at the time any help would be awesome |

DK models were Scalerazer, a deep diver like Manns stretch 20. Ferret a smaller shallow diver and the X Stream. From memory...

Will check tomorrow as I have quite a few snagmasters and know for sure that I have a purple one that was great for barra just after dark in the weirs. I won this and was not happy with the colour until it produced the only barras for some nights. I now use mighty mites.

I loved the mighty mites back in the day too
The purple one won my heart after a day on one of the run off creeks on the east alligator when it was the only lure that would catch anything...and a few years later when i used it to catch a pike in Canada in the shallows which had turned its nose up at a dozen other lures first.... funny how those kind of things stick in the mind

If you're keen enough, I'll pluck the one you snagged out for you!!!
-5 is Bloody cold, but if you're keen to take me and point out EXACTLY where it is, I'll recover it for ya! Ya don't have to be CRAZY!!! But it helps!

Top one here is a DK which I'd guesstimate at about 7-8cm. No idea on model, and my only one. |

Is the purple one shown in the top photo a deep diver?
Have not had a chance to find mine today. |
